Who we are
AI Invites: Invitation Maker (“AI Invites”, “the app”) is published by Muhammad Saad Javaid, an individual developer (“we”). Questions about this policy go to dr.saad.javaid.95@gmail.com.
The short version
You don't create an account. Your designs, photos and Memories stay on your device. The only data that leaves your device is what's needed to create AI artwork when you ask for it, and we never sell data or use it for advertising or tracking.
Data that stays on your device
Invitations, greeting cards, the text you type, photos you add and your Memories (names and dates of people you choose to remember) are stored only on your device. We don't have a copy. Reminders for Memories are scheduled locally by iOS.
AI artwork
When you create an AI background, the app sends the description you typed, the style and the card shape to our server, which forwards it to fal.ai to generate the image with the FLUX model. Please don't include personal information in descriptions. Images are checked by an automatic safety filter.
To keep the service fair and limit abuse, the request also includes a random identifier created by the app on first use (not linked to your name, Apple Account or advertising identifier) and, for Pro members, the signed App Store receipt for the purchase, which proves the subscription but contains no payment details. Our server keeps only usage counts per identifier and IP address for monthly and daily limits. It does not store your descriptions or images.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. We never see or store your card or payment details.
Photos and notifications
Photos you choose with the iOS photo picker are copied into the app only for your design. If you save a design to Photos, iOS asks for your permission first. Notifications are used only for the Memories reminders you set.
Analytics, ads and tracking
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking.
Children
AI Invites is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can delete any design or Memory in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. To ask about the limited data described above, email us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
